Anvil DOA4003-R01 Triple Deck Oven – 9 Tray

The Anvil DOA4003-R01 triple deck oven provides high-capacity electric baking for bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants and catering kitchens. Its three independent chambers accommodate up to eighteen 300mm pizzas or nine 600 × 400mm baking trays, supporting consistent large-volume production. Independent top and bottom heat controls allow each chamber to be adjusted for precise baking results at temperatures up to 400°C. A 120-minute mechanical timer with an audible alert helps operators manage production reliably. The stainless steel front fascia and robust zintec mild-steel interior are designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments.
