Kitchen Trade™ does not store customers' full card or banking information.

Delivery costs and estimated delivery timeframes are communicated during checkout and may vary depending on product availability, supplier stock levels, delivery destination, and courier service availability.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request returns in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Return requests must generally be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined in the Refund & Returns Policy.
Certain products, including custom-manufactured, specially imported, clearance, or special-order items, may not qualify for return unless defective or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
