The Anvil DOA5003-R01 Gas Deck Oven is a triple-deck, 6-tray commercial oven for bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants and catering kitchens needing robust gas baking with low electrical draw. BCE specifies independent burner control, a stainless steel facia panel with zintec/mild-steel interior, and thermostatically controlled top and bottom burners for baking adjustment.

The unit operates on LPG with 108000 BTU output and a 230V electrical connection for ignition and control. It has capacity for 12 × 300mm pizzas and is supplied with 6 × 600 × 400mm baking trays. Heavy-duty gas products must be connected by an approved gas installer.
