The Anvil FTA2600 600mm ribbed / flat electric grill is designed for restaurants, cafés, takeaways, canteens and catering kitchens needing flexible countertop grilling. Its half-flat and half-ribbed cooking surface allows operators to prepare bacon, eggs, burgers, steaks and grilled menu items on one compact unit. The heavy-duty 10mm mild steel griddle plate supports strong heat retention and even cooking performance, while the splashback helps reduce grease spattering during service. A grease trough drains into a bottom-mounted collection pan for easier cleaning. With a 605 × 420mm grill area and 3kW output, it is suited to busy commercial kitchen environments.
