The Anvil FTA0400 400mm electric flat top grill is a compact commercial cooking solution for cafes, restaurants, takeaways, canteens and catering kitchens. Designed for grilling bacon, eggs, burgers, vegetables and other short-order menu items, it uses a heavy-duty 10mm cooking plate for strong heat retention and consistent cooking performance. The grease trough drains into a bottom-mounted collection pan, supporting cleaner daily operation, while the splashback helps reduce grease spattering. Rapid heat-up and thermostatic control up to 250C make it practical for busy hospitality environments needing reliable countertop grilling equipment.
