Its robust 16mm griddle plate supports effective heat distribution and consistent cooking performance, while the polished cooking surface assists with easier cleaning after service. The 455mm stainless steel burners provide efficient heat distribution and fast recovery, making it suitable for breakfast items, burgers, sausages, vegetables and other grilled menu items. Piezo ignition and automatic flame failure protection support safe, practical operation. Heavy-duty gas products must be connected by an approved gas installer.
