The Anvil DOA5002-R01 double deck gas oven is designed for professional bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants and catering kitchens requiring high-capacity baking with limited electrical demand. Two independent baking chambers provide space for up to eight 300mm pizzas or four 600 x 400mm baking trays. Thermostatically controlled top and bottom burners allow precise heat adjustment, while the specialised burner design promotes even temperature distribution. The oven reaches temperatures up to 400C and features automatic ignition for straightforward operation. An approved gas installer must connect the unit before use.
