The Anvil FFA3220 gas deep fryer is designed for busy restaurants, takeaways, hotels and catering kitchens requiring high-output frying capacity. With dual 18-litre tanks and an approximate output of 70kg of French fries per hour, it is suited to demanding commercial foodservice environments. The cold-zone tank design helps prevent food debris from burning, supporting improved oil life and cleaner frying. Thermostatically controlled gas valves provide flame failure and over-temperature protection, while the manual pilot ignition system supports safe, reliable startup. This LPG fryer must be connected by an approved gas installer before use.
