The Anvil MFW0011 Mobile Food Warming Cabinet is designed for commercial kitchens, catering operations and service areas that need to hold prepared food at controlled serving temperature. BCE specifies an 11-shelf mobile cabinet with a 22-tray GN1/1 capacity, making it suitable for organised hot holding before service.

The heated convection system uses dual circulation fans to maintain consistent food temperature. The cabinet is thermostatically controlled, includes a built-in thermometer dial, and is fitted with a bumper strip plus robust castors for mobility. Inserts are sold separately.
