The Anvil COA1003-R01 Prima Mechanical Convection Oven is designed for cafes, restaurants, bakeries and commercial kitchens needing compact, reliable fan-assisted baking. Its stainless steel exterior and interior support durability and hygiene, while rounded internal corners and removable shelf runners make cleaning easier. The oven uses a high-efficiency fan system with a custom baffle plate to distribute heat evenly, helping deliver consistent baking results. An integrated bake timer, interior light and full-width glass door support practical control and product visibility during operation. Supplied with four chrome grids, this convection oven is suitable for smaller batch baking in professional kitchens.
