The DIHR HT11 hood-type dishwasher is designed for busy restaurants, hotels, catering facilities and other high-volume commercial kitchens. Its 500 — 500mm basket accommodates plates up to 410mm in diameter, while two selectable cycles deliver up to 70 racks per hour with 55C inlet water. Hood-operated start and stop functions support an efficient pass-through washing process, with flexible linear or corner installation layouts. Independent wash and rinse arms, stainless steel surface filters and integrated pump filtration simplify daily operation. The HT11 requires a three-phase electrical supply and installation by a qualified technician.
