The Anvil POA0001 Prover Oven is a space-efficient dough proving cabinet designed for commercial kitchens needing consistent preparation before baking. Suitable for bakeries, cafes, restaurants and catering kitchens, it accommodates up to 9 x 600 x 400mm baking trays, with 70mm spacing between trays for efficient batch proving. The double-glass doors allow clear viewing of contents while supporting a compact, practical design. A sturdy top surface allows an oven or other equipment to be positioned above the unit, helping operators optimise kitchen space. Six adjustable heat settings provide practical control for professional dough preparation. Trays are not included.
