The SMEG Professional K425 is a stainless steel extraction hood designed to mount on compatible 600 × 400mm / GN1/1 commercial convection ovens, including the ALFA1035H and ALFA625H series listed in the SMEG Professional range. It uses a suction and filtering system with two fan speeds and airflow from 300 to 700m³/h for professional kitchen ventilation.
