The SMEG Professional K425C is a stainless steel condensation extractor hood designed to mount on compatible 600 × 400mm / GN1/1 commercial convection ovens, including the ALFA1035H and ALFA625H series listed in the SMEG Professional range. Its suction and filtering system provides two fan speeds with airflow from 300 to 700m³/h for professional kitchen ventilation applications.
