The DIHR GS50 single-phase undercounter dishwasher is designed for medium-sized restaurants, busy bars, hotels and commercial catering operations. Its 500 — 500mm basket provides practical capacity for washing plates, glassware and utensils, while two wash cycles allow operators to select either 120 or 180 seconds. The machine processes up to 30 racks per hour and uses approximately 2.3 litres of water per cycle. Durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction, a double-skin door and Thermostop-controlled rinsing support reliable daily performance. Its 220V single-phase configuration makes it suitable for commercial kitchens without three-phase electrical access.
