The ISI Cream Chargers Box of 10 is designed for use with compatible ISI cream whippers in cafes, restaurants, bakeries, hotels and catering kitchens. Each charger contains 8g of N2O nitrous oxide and supports reliable whipped cream preparation for desserts, beverages and food presentation. The chargers are leak proof, electronically weighed to ensure correct volume and made from 100% recyclable steel coated with water-soluble lacquer. They are chemical and preservative free, helping produce consistent whipped cream while reducing cost per serving. Use one charger per pint-size bottle or two chargers per quart-size bottle.
