The DIHR CS40 is a robust commercial undercounter dishwasher designed for hospitality kitchens and professional wash areas. Its 400 × 400mm basket and 305mm glass clearance provide practical capacity for washing glassware, plates and utensils. A 120-second cycle processes up to 30 racks per hour when supplied with 55°C inlet water. The AISI 304 stainless steel body, insulated double-skin door and sloped tank support reliable daily operation and easier cleaning. Thermostop ensures rinsing begins only once the boiler reaches 85°C, while the included detergent dispenser, rinse-aid dispenser and drain pump simplify operation.
