The Forge FP00010 10 Pan Prover Cabinet is designed for bakeries, cafés, restaurants, catering kitchens and commercial baking environments that need controlled proofing for consistent dough rise. It can be used with convection ovens or as a stand-alone unit, helping maintain stable proofing temperature and humidity. Adjustable humidity and temperature controls allow better control in precision baking environments, while the single glazed door provides visibility during operation. With a stainless steel interior, removable tray slides and compatibility with B05 bread pans and 600 × 400mm baking trays, this unit is also suitable for use as a holding cabinet for pre-cooked foods.
