The Forge FSP1003 heavy-duty solid top electric stove is designed for restaurants, hotels, canteens and catering kitchens requiring reliable all-day cooking performance. Its solid top design provides full-surface heat distribution, making it suitable for a wide range of pot sizes and controlled cooking applications. The 16mm thick solid top plates support even heat distribution and strong heat retention, while powerful 4kW heating elements deliver consistent cooking performance. A durable stainless steel stand with bottom shelf provides added storage, and rear castors allow easier movement for cleaning and access. Heavy-duty Robert Shaw thermostats support dependable temperature control.
