The Anvil TPA0080 80L electric tilting pan is designed for restaurants, canteens, institutions and catering kitchens requiring efficient bulk cooking. Its stainless steel pan supports hygienic food preparation and easy cleaning, while the smooth tilting function allows easier transfer of cooked food. Suitable for stews and other bulk food preparation, this tilting pan heats rapidly to operating temperature and includes front-mounted water inlet control for added convenience. Safety features include an automatic overheat cut-off and a microswitch that cuts the elements when the pan is tilted.
