The Anvil OJP0225 225L Oil Jacketed Pot is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, catering facilities and food production environments needing controlled indirect heating. Its oil-jacketed design uses sealed Incoloy element pockets, allowing maintenance without draining the oil. The food-grade stainless steel inner pot supports hygiene and durability, while the stainless steel lid with spring-assisted hinge allows smoother operation during service. A high-performance safety valve helps protect operators from accidental steam release or pressure build-up. This unit requires 60L Thermo-D oil, which is not included, and the power cable is also not included.
