The Anvil TPA0040 40L electric tilting skillet is designed for efficient bulk cooking in restaurants, canteens, institutions and catering kitchens. Its 40-litre capacity makes it suitable for preparing stews, soups, rice, vegetables and other batch-cooked menu items. The easy-tilt handle supports smooth transfer of cooked food, while the pan can also be used for shallow frying where required. A stainless steel pan interior supports hygiene and easy cleaning, and the robust tubular frame allows practical all-round access for maintenance. This commercial tilting skillet includes a safety cut-off to help prevent overheating.
