We review & advise

Kitchen Trade checks the details and advises on supplier assessment and the next steps.

Which warranty applies?

Warranty cover and duration vary by product, brand and supplier. Refer to the warranty supplied with your equipment and your purchase documentation. Contact Kitchen Trade if you need help identifying the applicable terms.

Does registration change my cover?

Registration helps us link your equipment to your purchase. It does not extend the warranty, approve a claim or replace proof of purchase. If you have not registered, you can still contact us for support. Any rights that apply by law remain unaffected.

What should I provide?

Keep your invoice or proof of purchase, product model and serial number, and a clear description of the issue. For installed equipment, keep installation and commissioning records and any relevant certificates. Tell us if a document or serial number is unavailable.

Installation, care & assessment

Follow the equipment manufacturer’s installation, operating and maintenance instructions. Supply conditions, installation history, maintenance and previous repairs may be relevant to assessment. We will confirm the applicable terms rather than assume that every issue is covered.

Repairs, returns & service visits

Contact Kitchen Trade before arranging a repair, returning equipment or booking a service visit. We will advise on the appropriate supplier or authorised service provider and whether carry-in or on-site assessment is available. Any proposed charges should be confirmed before chargeable work proceeds.

What happens after I submit?

Kitchen Trade reviews the information and may request further details or refer the case to the supplier or authorised service provider. The assessment determines the available resolution. Response, repair and parts timelines depend on the case and will be communicated when known.

Your information

We use your contact, purchase and equipment details to process your request. Relevant information may be shared with the supplier or authorised service provider. Send only information needed for your request; do not send payment card details or identity documents.
