The Anvil COA3003 3-plate gas stove with oven is designed for restaurants, hotels, canteens and catering kitchens requiring robust commercial cooking performance. Its removable solid top plates are designed for use with pots only, while the integrated drip tray with individual drainage helps simplify cleaning. Pulse ignition with pilot burners and flame failure protection supports safer, reliable operation. The thermostatically controlled gas oven accepts full-size GN pans where applicable, making it suitable for roasting, baking and general food preparation. This LPG unit must be connected by an approved gas installer, with natural gas available on request.
