The Anvil FFA1020 1 x 20L electric deep fryer is designed for restaurants, takeaways, cafes and catering kitchens requiring high-output commercial frying performance. Its 20-litre pan capacity and 16.5kW power make it suitable for busy chip, fish and fried food production, with an approximate output of 40kg of French fries per hour. Incoloy heating elements support consistent peak performance and durability, while front-mounted controls promote safer operation. Thermostatic temperature control, built-in safety cut-out protection and an operating range of 50C to 190C help deliver reliable frying results in demanding kitchen environments. Baskets are sold separately and the power cable is not included.
