The Anvil FFA2001 single pan electric deep fryer is designed for cafés, restaurants, takeaways, canteens and catering kitchens needing a compact fryer for smaller batches or dedicated frying tasks. Its 5-litre oil capacity makes it suitable for frying fish, meat, chips or side items without contaminating oil in larger fryers. The tilt-up head allows easier access and tank removal, while the extended heating element improves heat recovery and frying efficiency. A microswitch cut-off, manual-reset overheat protection and thermostatic temperature control from 50°C to 190°C support safer, reliable operation in busy commercial kitchens.
