The Anvil FTA0600 600mm electric flat top grill is designed for restaurants, cafes, takeaways, canteens and catering kitchens needing a larger countertop grilling surface. Its heavy-duty 10mm cooking plate provides excellent heat retention for consistent preparation of burgers, eggs, bacon, vegetables, steaks and other short-order menu items. The grease trough drains into a bottom-mounted collection pan, supporting cleaner operation during service. A splashback helps prevent grease spattering, while rapid heat-up and even element distribution improve cooking efficiency across the full surface. With a 605 x 420mm grill area, this unit is suited to busy commercial kitchen environments.
