The Anvil FFA2020-R01 Electric Fish Fryer is a 2 × 20L floor-standing fryer for high-volume restaurants, takeaways, hotels and catering kitchens. BCE specifies 33kW total power, approximately 80kg per hour french fries output and a 380V three-phase electrical supply.

The updated unit includes fixed rear castors with adjustable front legs, drain pans, moulded plastic knob guard, laser-etched markings and fully welded bodies. Temperature is thermostatically controlled with safety cut-out, and BCE notes that baskets are sold separately and the power cable is not included.
