The Anvil FTA2400 400mm gas flat top grill is designed for restaurants, cafés, takeaways, mobile catering setups and breakfast service areas needing compact, reliable gas grilling. It is suitable for preparing steaks, chops, burgers, mixed grills, fish, pancakes, eggs, sausages and tomatoes, especially where electricity is unavailable or limited. The flat top grill surface provides practical cooking flexibility, while the front-mounted drip tray supports easier grease management and cleaning. A simple ignition system, flame failure safety device and adjustable feet help make the unit practical for daily commercial use. Heavy-duty gas products must be connected by an approved gas installer.
