The Anvil FFA2100 gas deep fryer is designed for restaurants, takeaways, hotels and catering kitchens requiring high-capacity frying without relying on heavy electrical power. With dual 10-litre tanks and an approximate output of 50kg of French fries per hour, it is suited to busy commercial foodservice environments. The cold-zone tank design helps prevent debris from burning, supporting improved oil life and cleaner frying. Thermostatically controlled gas valves provide flame failure and over-temperature protection, while the manual pilot ignition system supports reliable startup. This LPG fryer must be connected by an approved gas installer.
