The Butcherquip BCB0245 245L Stainless Steel Biltong Cabinet is designed for small-volume biltong production, home industries, hunters and biltong enthusiasts needing controlled drying in a compact cabinet format. Its stainless steel construction supports hygiene and durability, while the preset temperature control helps prevent tampering during operation. The efficient extraction fan promotes maximum air changes and uniform drying throughout the cabinet, and the heater cannot operate unless the fan is running. Supplied with 10 stainless steel hanging rods and a stainless steel drip tray, this junior biltong cabinet can cure up to 25kg of wet product at a time.
