The Brema IFB0150 Ice Flaker is designed for seafood counters, cold food displays, hotels, restaurants, catering operations and commercial foodservice areas that require flake ice. BCE lists this self-contained ice flaker with 153kg output per 24 hours and 55kg storage capacity.
