The Butcherquip BCB1250-R01 Biltong Cabinet is designed for butcheries, supermarkets and meat-processing operations that need high-volume biltong production capacity. BCE specifies a 1250L stainless steel cabinet that can cure 100kg of wet product at a time.

The cabinet includes an ultra violet lamp, adjustable thermostatic temperature control and a powerful extraction fan to help maintain air changes for uniform drying. BCE notes an ideal biltong drying temperature of 32°C to 34°C.
