The Butcherquip SCB0170 Junior Smoking Cabinet is designed for butcheries and foodservice operations needing a compact 170L cabinet for smoking and drying. BCE specifies stainless steel construction, a simple venting system and thermostat temperature control for the junior smoker.

The junior smoker uses natural convection for drying, while the smoking cycle uses natural convection with an ignition element for wood chips. Removable inner parts assist with cleaning, and the unit includes rods, sawdust grid, ashtray and expanded mesh tray.
