The Butcherquip SCB0600 Smoking Cabinet is designed for butcheries and meat-processing operations that need a 600L cabinet for smoking and drying products. BCE specifies stainless steel construction, a simple venting system for smoking and drying functions, and fan-assisted convection for the 600L smoker drying cycle.

The smoking cycle uses natural convection with an ignition element for wood chips. Inner parts are removable for cleaning, and the unit is supplied with aluminium rods, sawdust grid, ashtray and expanded mesh tray.
