The Forge CDF0001 Electric Chip Dump is designed for busy restaurants, franchises, takeaways and commercial catering kitchens that need to hold fried chips and other fried foods at serving temperature. It features a powerful infra-red top heater and independently controlled bottom heating element to support consistent heat retention during service. Front-mounted controls improve safe operation, while the sloped drip tray makes serving easier and helps prevent product damage when scooping. With space for two 22L plastic bins, adjustable levelling feet and rear castor wheels, this unit is built for demanding high-volume kitchen environments.
