The Forge FSP0003 Gas Solid Plate Stove is designed for restaurants, franchises, hotels and high-demand commercial kitchens that need durable, high-output gas cooking equipment. With a total output of 42,000 BTU and three powerful 14,000 BTU burners, it supports effective heat distribution across the 969 × 537mm cooking area. The heavy-duty 16mm thick stove plates provide strong heat retention for consistent cooking, while the solid stainless steel construction is built for durability, easy cleaning and daily service use. The stainless steel stand includes a bottom shelf for additional storage and rear castors for easier cleaning access. Heavy-duty gas products must be connected by an approved gas installer.
