The Forge FTH0001 Electric Grill Station is designed for busy cafes, restaurants, franchises, takeaways and commercial catering kitchens that need reliable flat-plate grilling in a compact countertop format. Its heavy-duty 8mm steel cooking plate supports effective heat distribution and heat retention, while the neutrally balanced top plate with positive latching improves operator control. Independent plate heat control allows the bottom plate to be used on its own for grilling, adding flexibility during service. With a 530 x 290mm grill area, removable full-width fat/crumb tray and 50C to 250C operating temperature range, this grill station is built for demanding daily use.
