The Forge FGR3600 Gas Radiant Griller is designed for busy restaurants, franchises, steakhouses, hotels and commercial catering kitchens that need powerful, reliable grilling performance. With a 614 x 550mm grill area and 56,000 BTU output, it is suitable for high-volume preparation of meat, chicken, seafood and grilled menu items. Heavy cast iron grates and radiants retain and radiate heat for efficient grilling, while powerful 14,000 BTU burners support even heat distribution. The stainless steel integrated stand includes a bottom shelf for storage and rear castors for easier cleaning access. Heavy-duty gas products must be connected by an approved gas installer.
