The Anvil HFA2020 floorstanding hotel fryer is designed for busy restaurants, hotels, takeaways, canteens and catering kitchens requiring high-volume frying capacity. With dual 20-litre tanks and an approximate output of 70kg of French fries per hour, it is well suited to fresh chip production and other demanding frying applications.
