The Anvil HFA2020 floorstanding hotel fryer is designed for busy restaurants, hotels, takeaways, canteens and catering kitchens requiring high-volume frying capacity. With dual 20-litre tanks and an approximate output of 70kg of French fries per hour, it is well suited to fresh chip production and other demanding frying applications. The deep tank accommodates large 400 x 300 x 150mm baskets, while the basket holder accepts different basket sizes, including portion baskets. Thermostatic control supports operation between 50C and 190C, and three Incoloy elements per tank help reduce downtime if one element fails.
