The Infiniti CRI0001 Rectangular Roll Top Chafer is designed for hotels, restaurants, catering venues, buffets and banqueting operations that need professional hot food presentation. Its contemporary roll-top design opens to 90° and 180° positions, allowing practical access during service, while the clutch system helps prevent unexpected lid closure. The unit is supplied with a stainless steel insert, water pan and holder for Global Chafing Fuel. BCE notes that an Infiniti rectangular electric heating element can be fitted as an alternative to chafing fuel, and that ceramic inserts are not included.
