The Anvil PGT0001 cast iron panini grill is designed for cafés, restaurants, delis, coffee shops and catering kitchens needing reliable contact grilling performance. Its heavy-duty cast iron plates provide excellent heat retention and durability, making it suitable for paninis, toasted sandwiches and selected grilled foods. The ribbed top and bottom plates create defined grill marks, while the self-balancing upper plate adjusts to different product thicknesses for even grilling. Thermostatic temperature control from 50°C to 300°C gives operators flexibility during service. A removable fat tray supports easier cleaning after use.
