The Robot Coupe VPR0052 CL52E Vegetable Preparation Machine is designed for restaurants, hotels, caterers, canteens and food production kitchens that need fast, consistent vegetable prep. BCE lists the CL52E for 200 to 600 servings, making it suitable for high-demand slicing, grating and vegetable preparation workflows.
The unit features an industrial induction motor, magnetic safety system and motor brake. It is supplied with an Exactitube pusher and a removable lid equipped with a cylindrical hopper. Compatible cutting discs are available separately.
