The SMEG Professional LEV420XV is an 8-tray humidified proofer designed for compatible ALFA420, ALFA410 and ALFA625 commercial convection oven installations. It supports 600 × 400mm / GN1/1 and 435 × 320mm oven formats, with a 90°C maximum temperature, 70mm tray spacing and 2kW single-phase power.
