The SMEG Professional SPH503L is an EcoLine hood-type commercial dishwasher with a 500 × 500mm basket for busy restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Electronic controls provide three automatic wash programmes plus self-cleaning, while the standard drain pump with partial water renewal, five-stage filtration and soft-start wash system support reliable professional dishwashing. The machine can process up to 40 baskets per hour and accommodates crockery, glassware, cutlery and GN1/1 trays.
